Start with your vision (and then go in reverse)

Every launch needs to begin with a clear picture of launch success. What’s your goal? Is it to make X amount of sales, grow your email list, or position yourself as an expert in a specific niche?

Knowing this up front will shape every decision you make.

Once you’ve got your goal, work backward. Break it into steps: awareness-building, nurturing your audience, and creating urgency for your offer. This approach ensures that every phase of your launch feeds into the next.

Get your audience warm
