An 8-week mentorship for women who are done being stopped by fear
You're not trying to arrive at the Scary Stage. You're already in it - right now! There's a Big Goal you've been dreaming about and can't make yourself do. This is where you walk through the fear to the other side of it.
So you're in the Scary Stage right now...
Sound familiar?
You know exactly what the scary thing is. You've known for months, maybe years
You're stuck battling the same fear demons on repeat: "not yet," "not ready," "what if it goes wrong?"
You’re holding yourself back with secret fears like:
"I'll do it when I feel more confident"
You're waiting for the fear to go away first. It's not going anywhere - confidence is a lagging indicator, not a prerequisite.
"I haven't got a big enough reason yet"
You believe you need the perfect goal, the perfect plan, or the perfect timing before you're allowed to start. You don't.
"I'll probably just freeze again anyway"
You've tried to push through this before and stalled. You don't need more willpower; you need a framework, a room, and someone who's done the scary thing first.
Introducing The Scary Stage
An intimate 8-week group mentorship with Cat Dunn to walk you from "stuck in the fear" to "did the scary thing," with safety, structure, and a room of women doing it alongside you.
Newsflash: you don't need more confidence before you act. You need your stage and the guts to step onto it.
You keep waiting to feel ready, hoping the fear will just quietly go away on its own.
Long story short, it won't.
Wanna hear the good news?
I'm here to walk you through it, not around it. Because I don't teach confidence - I put you on your stage.
It's time to stop waiting and start doing the scary thing
...with a room of women who get exactly what that costs, and a mentor who's done it first.
Imagine going from...
Freezing every time you go to hit "post" or "send"
Doing the scary thing on the call, in front of the room, with people who've got your back
Waiting to feel confident before you act
Acting while you're still scared, and watching the confidence show up after
Hiding behind "I'm not ready yet" like a cushion during a horror movie
Standing in proof that you can do hard things and survive them
Circling the same fear for months with nothing to show for it
Walking out with a Fear Goal declared, actioned, and witnessed by a room of women

The Scary Stage will help you figure out exactly what's stopping you
and what to do about it
Act 1 - Build the Stage Identify exactly where fear is stopping you, choose your Fear Pathway, and declare your Fear Goal in front of the group. You'll leave Act 1 with clarity, a mapped goal, and enough structure to stop freezing.
Act 2 - Enter the Stage This is where the real exposure work happens - witnessed by the group, and the Hall of Mirrors moment where you see yourself the way the room sees you. Uncomfortable and transformational.
Act 3 - Take the Stage You'll complete your BIG action. Launches happen here. Applications get sent. Boundaries get enforced. You leave with embodied confidence, proof of courage, and a new relationship with fear.
Every week ends with Proof of Survival - a moment to reflect on what you did, what you avoided, and what you learned.

Why trust Cat?
Cat Dunn spent years as a professional Scare Actor, making it her actual job to understand exactly how fear works: how to create it, what triggers it, how to hold someone inside it safely, and bring them out the other side.
Then she had to use every one of those tools to survive her own life. She left an abusive relationship with nowhere to go. She was homeless. She rebuilt a 6-figure business from a friend's kitchen table while the court process was still running; not because she felt ready, because there was no other option.
She didn't study fear. She lived it, then she weaponised it.
Cat is a domestic violence advocate, founder of the Life After I Left, and a sought-after speaker on turning fear into action. She's not a mindset coach, a confidence coach, or a therapist - she's your Fear Facilitator, and she's done the scary thing first. Every time.
This is NOT a course. It's a live, facilitated container. 8 weeks. 12 women. Real accountability. Real action.
Name exactly where fear is stopping you, and finally have a framework for it.
Take the scary action you've been circling - sized so it's doable, not paralysing.
Walk out with proof, collected week by week, that you can do hard things and survive them.
Who's it for?
Women in business with a big goal they've been avoiding, ready to act
Women done waiting to feel confident before they do the thing
Women willing to show up, do the weekly challenge, and be witnessed doing it
Women who want a room, a framework, and a mentor who's done the scary thing first
Who's it not for?
Anyone wanting to sit and listen, not take action; this is for DOERS
Anyone looking for therapy or trauma processing (that's not my lane, and I'll point you to someone who's got it)
Anyone not ready to commit to 8 weeks of real accountability
Anyone hoping to feel confident first and act later; that's backwards, and it's exactly what this program exists to fix

"I've always been really impressed by Cat. She has a wealth of knowledge, she's generous with her time and is so supportive. She's my go-to for advice and bouncing ideas off and provides great insight."
Ellie Lane
"Working with Cat was a total eye-opener for me; she stepped in and helped me figure out my shit. With her help, my business got a serious upgrade. I finally feel like the business owner I want to be: her experience and straight-up approach made it easy to trust (and take) her advice. If you're after someone who'll give you real, actually useful support instead of generic buzzwords, Cat's your go-to. She's the real deal and will help you actually get shit done instead of just talking about it."
Christine Sinclair
"Cat Dunn is the real deal. A friend recommended I reach out to her during my business rebrand, so I did — to a complete stranger — for some wisdom on the direction I was being called to explore. Not only did she instantly agree, but she also delivered straight-up, no-bullshit advice that was pure gold. She helped me gain clarity and confidence in my services and business like a boss. Cat's knowledge and willingness to help are unmatched. If you're not convinced by someone who says 'yes' to a random brain-picking session and drops truth bombs like a pro, I don't know what will."
Rebecca Lane
"Cat's strengths extend brilliantly in her mentorship program. She knows life as an business owner inside out and generously shares her experiences, while also empowering you to walk the path that best suits your business. Like her own work, her mentorship program is exciting, personalised, and makes a difference. Such a transformative experience to have her in my corner for eight weeks - thanks Cat!"

Brighter Tasks
Being mentored by Cat over the past eight weeks has been an absolute blessing for my business. When I started, I had a broad business idea but no clear direction at all. Now, eight weeks later, I’ve officially launched —something I never thought I’d achieve so quickly! Cat is a fantastic online business manager with a wealth of experience, truly invested in your growth and achievements, provided fantastic and detailed feedback, and overall I felt she was 100% on my side throughout the process. This mentorship was easily the best investment I could have made for my business!
Julia Blair
"If you want to gain traction and accelerate your business growth, and are ready to be challenged, supported and guided to achieve big things, reach out to Cat and work with her in a Mentorship today! You won't regret it. She's amazing!"
Kylie Lewis
"Cat's mentorship was AH-MAZE-ING! The structure was great; having fortnightly calls with text and voice note contact in between was really helpful to just work through whatever was on my mind. Cat was flexible to focus on whatever area of my biz I needed support with, while offering suggestions on how to improve and move forward, I would 100% have Cat as a mentor again."
Rachel Cullen
"I completed Cat's mentorship and I LOVED it! Cat made it super easy to book, had plenty of spots for our fortnightly calls so I always found a time that suited my schedule, and her daily voice notes and check-ins were fabulous! Cat really understood me and got to know my skills and business and was able to offer some super helpful insights which have grown my confidence and helped me overcome some mind blocks. She also challenged me to push outside my comfort zone and supported me all the way in rocking it! I absolutely recommend this mentorship."
Lauren Schnitzerling
"Working with Cat was an absolute game-changer for me and my business! From the moment we started, she gave me the clarity and confidence I was missing. The way she guided me through refining my services, launching my lead magnet and building out packages was next-level. Cat's support was always there, from thoughtful voice notes to proactive check-ins. Thanks to her, I’ve booked new clients, reignited my email marketing, and even had someone ask me to mentor them, which I didn't see coming this early! If you're looking for someone who will push you to grow while making you feel fully supported, Cat is the mentor you need."
Join us on The Scary Stage
An 8-week group mentorship to walk you from stuck in the fear to living proof you can do the scary thing.
I've never done anything like this before, is this for me?
New to facing fear head-on, or you've been circling this goal for years, if you're ready to actually act, this is for you. I only ask that you're willing to show up and do the weekly challenge, not just watch from the sidelines.
Will you teach me new skills?
You'll work through my IP - my fear framework and Fear Pathways, as well as a full creative bank of exercises to actually practice being seen while scared - not just talk about it.
When does it start and why is it 12 weeks?
Final week format is TBD, revealed closer to the date. 12 weeks gives you enough time to actually take the scary action and come out the other side - not just plan to, someday.
Curious if it's the right fit? Apply and we can talk it through (in case you hadn't noticed, I'm BS-free, so if it's not a good fit, I'll tell you that too).
I can’t afford it right now, can I start later?
I hear you. I also know that if you've read this far, this isn't a "want" anymore - it's the thing you know you need to stop avoiding.
I've priced this as a founding-round rate, and there's a payment plan if pay-in-full isn't doable right now - 3 x monthly payments of $420.
What's the price of staying frozen for another 12 weeks, or another year?
I don’t have time right now, can I join later?
The "no time" excuse is usually the fear talking, not your calendar. We never find time - we make it. One fortnightly call and a weekly challenge is the ask. If not now, when?
Can I get a refund?
Nope - no refunds. I want you going in with your eyes wide open about that. The Scary Stage only works if you're actually in it: showing up to calls, doing the weekly challenges, declaring your Fear Goal and following through. That kind of commitment doesn't happen if there's an escape hatch sitting there tempting you to bail the second Act 2 gets uncomfortable (and it will get uncomfortable - that's the whole point).
So before you apply: are you actually ready to do this, not just curious about it? If yes, I'll see you on the inside. If you're not sure, book a call with me first and we'll figure it out together before you commit your money.
What will I get from the 12 weeks?
This is tailored to where you're at and what you're facing, though to give you an idea, you can expect to:
- Name exactly where fear is stopping you, instead of a vague sense that something's "off" - Declare a Fear Goal out loud, in front of a room that holds you to it - Take real action, not just plan to someday - Build proof, week by week, that you can do hard things and survive them - Leave with a new relationship with fear, and the tools to keep using it
I send f**king amazing emails to my list. Fear goals, Life After I Left updates, and the occasional scream into the void. Sign up for the front row. No spam, promise.
