After leaving an abusive relationship and having to rebuild herself (and her business) from scratch, Cat turned to coaching and community to piece her identity back together. That experience became the catalyst for her life’s work: creating spaces where women feel seen, believed, and safe enough to share the stories that have kept them silent.
