Don’t shy away from asking about the fee, payment terms, contract details, and their onboarding process. It’s important that you’re clear on these details before you make your decision on who to work with.

Pick the business consultant to hire based on who aligns with your values, supports your vision, and who fits within your budget.
When you onboard with your business consultant, set up a structure for your first 90 day (or as agreed) goals, agree how you’ll communicate, and provide them with the relevant access and passwords they’ll need.
